Welcome to Naveen Kumar Mechanical Engineering Consultancy. I am a Mechanical Engineering graduate with 9 years of industrial experience (2016–2025) in mechanical manufacturing, fabrication and industrial project support for power, paper mill and engineering industries. I provide practical engineering solutions that help companies improve product quality, increase productivity, reduce manufacturing costs and deliver on time.

01. Which industries do you serve?
Manufacturing, fabrication, steel plants, power plants, cement plants (silo tanks & platforms), paper mills, automobile, solar EPC, textile, food processing, railways (ICF), defence (HVF) and BEML components.
02. Do you supply TNPDCL-approved line materials?
Yes – transformer pole structures, clamps, 11kV / 22kV AB switch frame sets, stay sets, earthing clamps and rods, V cross arms and feeder pillar boxes.
03. What machinery do you have?
Laser cutting, CNC shearing and press brake, SMAW / MIG / auto TIG welding, power presses, drilling, crane facilities, plus DP and MPI testing.
04. Do you work in stainless steel?
Yes. We fabricate both M.S and S.S structures, including paper mill tanks, vats, hoods and pipe manifolds.
05. Can you support only quality and inspection?
Yes. We offer QA / QC system implementation, drawing verification, inspection planning and audit support on their own.
06. How does a project start?
Send your enquiry. We do a site visit and technical discussion, then share an estimation and proposal.
